A Letter From President Paul Rockwell

I would like to offer a brief introduction of our company. In 1993, I was given the opportunity to buy the fire protection division of a major mechanical contractor. I had managed this division since 1984 as Vice President. A smooth transition followed and within six months we were in our own building; within two years we found ourselves building a sizable shop addition. I have honored our primary benefactor, Roland Carlson, by reinstating the company name S.J. Carlson. It continues to represent sixty years of quality and pride. Our pride in our business is and will always be reflective in our fire protection installation. We have successfully handled the small and large projects with this very same pride. Our strength is our key team of engineers and office personnel, shop fabricators, sprinkler fitters, and foremen with their many years in the fire protection industry. Our Product is Fire Protection. Under one roof we estimate, design, fabricate, deliver, and install new systems while providing prompt service to existing systems. Our growth has been obtained through successfully handling the needs of our customers. We offer 24-hour emergency service - we'll be there when you need us the most.
